WEB DESIGN: Well, let me start by saying that I am not an html gal, but I do understand a lot considering.
The sites I have done are from templates (www.themeforest.net) I have my web girl upload the template (the html part) and then I go in and manipulate it and make it pretty.  By taking to code time out of it it makes your site considerably cheaper.

The biggest part of what I do includes needing good pictures – that is the way I really like to showcase whatever the site is. People have a very short attention span, so I like to grab people’s attention with pretty/cool pictures and graphics, getting them interested enough to stay on your site.

Let’s start by seeing what business you are trying to promote via a website? I charge $30 an hour, but I work quickly. Getting the theme uploaded with one month’s hosting fee’s (usually $7. a month) and domain name purchase would be around $100 to start.
